College!

It was very hard to find time to sew this week.
I was BUSY getting my son ready for his FIRST year of school!

We dropped him off today.
A parental MOMENT...for sure!

We packed boxes.....
bought some necessary essentials....

And made SURE he had enough QUILTS for the bed!!
LOL!!!
He loves to LAYER them!
;)

FIVE. 5!!!!
You think he has enough????

  3. I love this! I'm working on my daughter's quilt as she heads off to HER first year of college! I have made quilts for my son and his friends when they have gone off and they all come back and tell me it's the best thing in their rooms!

  5. What an exciting time for him! College can be scary, but who can be scared cuddled up under 5 mom-made quilts full of love?

  9. This is so sweet. I just sent mine off too, for his first year of college. He only brought along 2 quilts. He would have had 3, but one isn't quilted yet!
