Here's my quilt top using Sarah's fabric.
Simple 10" blocks.
I used 6" squares and surrounded them with 2 1/2" strips.
Like I said......
SIMPLE.
This quilt is going to a charity called
The only time I had to rip out
was when the fishies here decided to swim the wrong way!
As in....up and down!!!
;/
Now....
if the sewing machine Doctor ever finishes
fixing
MISS JUKI....
I can quilt it!!!!!
Miss Juki is still at the sewing machine doctor? Hope she's doing okay... and will be home very soon!
ReplyDeleteGood use of that fabric Beth.
ReplyDeleteI like that pattern! So nice and easy and such a great way to use up random 6" squares (I have bags and bags of them) for charity quilts. I'm running off with your pattern now :D
ReplyDeleteI like this quilt Beth. I have that fishy fabric I bought it a while back in Florida.
ReplyDeleteHope you get your machine back soon.
Pretty quilt Beth. I will have to make that block. Simple and quick. Thanks for sharing, Jeanie
ReplyDeleteI can't believe that Juki is still at the shop! How long has it been? Not to scare you, but my girl was in the shop for 4 weeks :-(
ReplyDeleteThe quilt looks great! Can't wait to see it quilted!
Wow, that looks awesome, Beth!! Amazing what you created with that fabric!!
ReplyDeleteI would have probably left them swimming upstream. I am lazy like that. :)
