Busy

I'm busy figuring out what to do with a
BOATLOAD of tomatoes.....

As I think about how to make
a LIGHTNING BOLT grow.

I've been doing some FIGURING.
and....

My figuring
Doesn't always ADD UP!!!
You can see SOME are lightning bolts...
and some that just aren't
LIGHTing UP!!!
:/

Ah well....
Figuring is fun!
I'll continue.

Why does the tomato harvest
always arrive on the
HOTTEST day of the year???
Just wondering.

  1. Love the new block you are playing with - short circuit! We didn't have a garden this year, went to the local farmer's market yesterday with daughter and loaded the car (around 2 baby seats even).

  2. I'd be canning some yummy salsa if I had that boatload! Love your Lightning Bolts. Have you seen the similar quilt on Material Obsession's blog? It starts in the middle and goes in a circle....very cool!

  4. Love the Harry Potter scars. I think you just have some blocks turned the wrong way so the lightning doesn't fire there. Just give them another look.

  6. We have a cultivated hayfield, 10 acres, that we do every year. We swear whoever said "make hay while the sunshines" has destined us to always have to do hay on the HOTTEST day of the year! I feel your pain! Toni
