A Finish and a First

One Baby quilt Finished.
Hand quilted.
;)

The FIRST quilt for my new granddaughter-to-be!
Don't you like those scallops??
Me too.

I used embroidery floss to quilt.
It's a light green.
Mmmm.
So pretty.
This is what I used to wash away the pencil lines.
It worked like a charm.
You only need a TINY, tiny bit.
1 Tablespoon???
I guessed.

The baby shower is coming up!
The baby's birth is coming up!!!
I made it ...Just...in time!!!!

  13. Your grandbaby is a genius, I can tell already. She picked a Quilting Grandma! Way to go, Baby! She will be talented, too. It's in the genes.
    Love the colors and the pattern is my favorite. And there are scallops, too!!!!! Wonderful.
