Quilt Love

I love to quilt.

You  knew that.

I love little charm packs....

Especially the CUTE ones....

The ones that make GREAT baby quilts!

I love 2" Squares.

I love nine patches.

I love the way my 2" squares.....

made into 9 patches FIT perfectly

with my charm squares.

Well.....

In a perfect world they DO!!!

I don't live in a perfect world...

so I trim a bit.

;)

I love polka dots.

Stripes.

Gingham.

and

GREEN.

I love PUTTING it ALL TOGETHER!!!

Tiny

I'm making a TON of these.

Ooooh! they're so pretty!

I have a dream:

Bordering a quilt with these teeny tiny blocks!

Thankfully the quilt will not be QUEEN sized!

It'll take a LONG time...

but I'm prepared to wait.

In fact, I haven't COUNTED how many I'll need.

I think that would be too discouraging.

I'm just going to sew these precious little things together and

DREAM.

I MAY have to do a little cleaning with that dreaming....

Today I'm playing with blue and brown.

2 1/2"x2 1/2".

Another baby quilt.

I'm using this old bag of scraps.

I LOVE this little bag!!!!

It was SOooo worth cutting

 little 2 1/2" squares here and there

after projects.

I have a Treasure trove of

little squares to use!!!!

I'm making some simple nine patches with color....

and some with white.

I even found a fun border fabric that perks it up a bit.

It came true today for me!!!

They came locked in a little bag.

I made lots of half square triangles.
