My son's Graduation quilt is DONE!
Just a tiny bit late.
The sports themed fabric is for HIM.
The scraps are for ME.
The backing was made with a thrifted sheet
and a piece of fabric I added to make it big enough.
Amazing I had something in the stash
that coordinated so well!
I had JUST enough left for binding.
LOVE when stuff like that happens!
I always like to think of it as an act of fate!ReplyDelete
A perfect combination.:)ReplyDelete
The real question is: Does He Like It? Personally I love it. (Even with the big sports spots.) From this distance the sporty parts aren't that apparent. Good Job.ReplyDelete
Scraps quilting is the most beautiful thing there is!! Hug BambiReplyDelete
Oooo, this is wonderful! And now you'll both be happy! I'd count that as a win for Mom! Love all your scrappy blocks. And I love when the fabric works out like that. :)ReplyDelete
