Do you drag your feet a bit when a quilt needs to be quilted???
I do.
Once I get going....I'm fine.
It's getting that backing done....
making the quilt sandwich......
And finally sitting down and figuring out WHAT to quilt!
Will it be lines...like I'm doing here???
Or a simple loopy all over pattern???
(that's MY doodle)
Or.....????
Well...
I've started quilting this quilt!!!
Just need a few more hours in my day to get her DONE!
;)
What are you working on this week???
I drag my feet on quilting too. It's such a big job. Once I'm there, and finally decide how to do it, I'm in

oh yes, I definitely drag my feet to get the quilting done!
ReplyDeleteI procrastinate about the quilting, too. Like LeeAnna, once I start I keep on going. P.S. I can't find the link to link up . . .
ReplyDeleteThe same feelings here in Amsterdam. I love quilting, but choosing the pattern and starting costs me a lot of time.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, the colors and pattern of your top are gorgeous!!
I drag my feet for the same reason....plus....I'd rather start that next project! I love all of those pretty jewel squares.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you. I hate basting, and after that I dither forever about how to quilt something. I've got three quilts piled up waiting.
ReplyDeleteyep.... it comes to a sudden halt when it's time to sandwich...
ReplyDeletelovely trip around quilt.
