Little tiny half square triangles are so much fun!
One minute I was piecing these leftovers together....
Next thing I knew....
I had a FINISHED project!
One little pincushion with a small ribbon attached for
GRABBING!!
Anyone else have trouble picking up the pincushion
WITHOUT injury
due to PINS haphazardly sticking out in ALL directions???
That little grabbing ribbon is going to SAVE me!!
;)
What are YOU making this week??
cute project and a great way to use up left over little blocks.
ReplyDeleteSuch a great idea and so cute too

The units for the border of the wall hanging (featured in my Monday Making post) generated a bunch of cutaway HSTs. I have trimmed them to 1.5" and plan to sew them into 9-patches.
ReplyDeleteCute little pincushion!
ReplyDeleteAdorable pin cushion.
ReplyDeleteI sure hope these were leftover triangles! No, never seem to have problems with pin cushions. I keep a LOT of them hanging around as I like to be able to swap empty cushions for filled cushions. Think of pin cushions on the cutting table, the big ironing board and near every sewing station I have. Yep, I own a LOT of cushions. Yours are darn cute.
ReplyDeleteAdorable little pin cushion...I like the colors..and that ribbon is a perfect "Grabber"--oh and yessir, I have poked myself too many times...hugs, Julierose
ReplyDeleteSo cute, Beth!
ReplyDeleteA finish, no matter how small, is all it takes to make a quilter happy. I hope the sun is shining for you.
ReplyDeleteAdorable pincushions and already they are in Christmas colors; so festive!
ReplyDeleteI love pincushions! This one is just lovely.
ReplyDeleteI love your red/pink and green/brown triangles. They are beautiful colors together! Thanks for hosting Monday Making. I appreciate it.
