IF

IF you really want a quilt You have to do a LOT of this.
PINNING.
Not my favorite part.

Then you have to do a lot of this.
QUILTING.
Not my favorite part either.

This is MY favorite part.
FINISHING.
And then...I'm so glad I did all that work...
because I have a VERY satisfied feeling that says...
"I did it!"
I blogged about this quilt here.
You can see I have that Disappearing 9 patch
around the outside for a border.

I love how all these flowery fabrics go together!
Jean will enjoy the happy feeling they inspire!

I even had my "handy dandy" box of 2 1/2" strips for binding.
All those floral strips are lookin' good around this one.
Don't you think?

  7. Hi

I really LOVE this quilt.. it has a reminiscence of the way quilts used to be made. It's simple and so-o-o beautiful!!

the pinning.... i only pinned one quilt...then someone told me about the adhesive spray... and i can't imagine pinning any quilt again. it's easy, it's fast, it's washable, and done!!

    it's also blogged about here:
