Yes, diagonal stitching through small squares is the best! also, you're stitching on the bias, which is more "friendly" - less chance of those little tucks happening on the front or back! Pretty quilt, I love your sunny fabric collection. Happy quilting!
Fun quilt. Are you machine quilting or hand quilting?
ReplyDeleteUne bien jolie courtepointe aux colleurs très printanière !
ReplyDeleteThat's nice to have an easy quilting design sometimes ;)) Simple but effective, love it!
ReplyDeleteLove the soft colors with the pops of red with the white. Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteHow fun!!

ReplyDeleteYes to the diagonal stitching with perfect small squares guiding. None of my present projects have that possibility. But I wish they did.
ReplyDeleteThat is one advantage to small blocks, and yours look perfectly spaced.
ReplyDeleteLove it when a top cooperates when it comes time for quilting
ReplyDeleteIt is always nice when the piecing helps guide the quilting!!
ReplyDeleteDiagonal lines that look good are always a struggle for me. Yours look great. Thank you for the linky party.
ReplyDeleteI love 9-patches, scrappy or not. This will be another beautiful quilt!
