My knitting is taking a back seat this week
as I try to get some more hand quilting into
SOMEDAY it will be a finished quilt...
but it's hard to imagine WHEN that someday will be!
If I leave this quilt out and HANDY.....
I'm more likely to add stitching.
What are YOU making this week??
Your hand quilting looks fabulous! I am doing the exact opposite, more knitting than quilting :)ReplyDelete
Looks like you've made good progress. I love that cheddar border you are working on.ReplyDelete
Your quilting stitches are perfection, Beth!ReplyDelete
I love your hand quilting, Beth! I miss that, but there will be no more hand quilting for me for awhile -- gotta master that longarm machine! After spending so much money on it, my husband would probably freak out if he saw me hand quilting with my lap hoop right now! So I have to get my hand stitching fix by sewing down binding and doing applique.ReplyDelete
I look forward to seeing this quilt complete, and I love the fact that you are hand quilting it. Have a great week!ReplyDelete
Yay! I love seeing that others still hand quilt. It is becoming a lost art.ReplyDelete
Your quilt and hand quilting are so pretty! I understand about working with "forever" projects...the time will come when you are snuggling under it! I bet the readers at Kathy's Sunday Slow Stitching would love to see your work! Take good care!ReplyDelete
