Monday Making

It's time for a MONDAY MAKING party again!

The weeks FLY by...
Don't they??

I'm always happy to have time at home to sew
and FINISH a quilt like in the last post.

MUCH of time though...
I'm on the GO and need a project that's portable.

KNITTING to the rescue!

I'm working on a shawl these days.

The pattern is BE SIMPLE VARIATIONS
that I found on ravelry.
What a GREAT source of inspiration!!

What are YOU making this week???

  1. We all need those "take it with you projects". Hope you were able to make some progress even though you were on the go.

  2. I also have a shawl in progress right now, but it has a lot of beads so it is not my take along project. I have been knitting baby hats for my portable project. Love the yarn you are using!

  3. I have a very wide scarf on the go presently and it is enjoyable stitching. Loved seeing this snippet of your shawl...pretty colour, btw, and have noted the pattern. I wonder could I handle it with my basic knitting skills.
