Congrate to all. Being a Grandma is such fun. Oh they need lots of quilts. One for the crib, then one for the cot,one for a floor quilt to play on, ah a travel quilt in the car and then of course he/she will need one at Grandmas. so start sewing.
Happy day! My experience is that you will NEED one for every room in both your house and the baby's....never know when one will come in handy!!
Congratulations; grandkids are the best!!I've made quite a few quilts for our grandson, some before he was born and some after. I knitted a lot of wool blankets too.Preparing for a new member of the family is so special.
Congrats!! Grandkids are great and I love making stuff for them. Girls and boys alike. Make as many as you can stand and then make a few more. I love to do the quickie recieving blankets and burb cloths...they make great gifts too. Enjoy them they grow up fast.
Congrats! Don't forget the flannel receiving blankets or burp cloths!
