This little pair began with an old quilty experiment.
I found the wavy pieces in my scrap basket.
WOW!
That meant ALL I had to do was make a little
Potholder "sandwich"
Quilt
( I used wavy lines)
Trim
and then...
Bind!!
Viola.
Wish ALL my little gifties were that easy.

ReplyDeleteFor "batting" I use an old CLEAN towel.

ReplyDeleteI make potholders, embroider on or embellish dishtowels, crochet scrubbies and dishcloths and put them together as sets for Christmas gifts every year.
I use Insulbrite plus an old towel or flannel for the "batting".
