This little baby quilt and I are finally friends.
We spent quite a bit of time yesterday
ripping!!!
Not a GREAT way to GET along...
if you ask ME!!!
But now...
All the pieces are contained.
They won't be getting OUT of place again!
LOL!
I love this one.
I love all that pretty fabric.
I love that I didn't have to shop for any of it.
My goal this year...
use ONLY what I own!!!
We'll see how THAT goes. ;)
And....
I love baby quilts
you knew that already though, right?
Beth it turned out beautiful. Another wonderful finish. Hugs
ReplyDeleteThat is my goal, too. You are right - those are beautiful fabrics.
ReplyDeleteMy goal as well Beth. Love your hugs quilt.
ReplyDeleteLovely work - as always, Beth and I commend you on your goal. I may not be able to stop my purchasing of new this year but I am definitely going to use up the old :)
ReplyDeleteDarling baby quilt, Beth! Sometimes I spend more time than I care to with my seam ripper... in fact, I could call it my lifesaver. ;o)
ReplyDeleteAdorable. Love that this can be pieced without triangles for the background.
ReplyDeleteIt is very cute indeed! I managed almost a whole year without adding to my quilting fabric stash although I had to build a new sheer stash for upcoming classes. Hopefully I'm off the fabric hoarding obsession now:)
ReplyDeletePerfect quilt for a baby... lot's of beautiful fabric and bright colours. How are you going to quilt it?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your perseverance on finishing that cute baby quilt. I do hope we get to see a little sweetie pie snuggling with it soon.
ReplyDeleteYes now that I have to pack and move my stash I wish it wasn't quite so "GOOD"
Happy Sewing
It's wonderful!! I love that you are having such a great time with you Lifesaver pattern.
