Windy Day!

When I began piecing these hand-me-down
half square triangles....
I didn't have my thinking cap on.
Surprised???
Me neither!!!
;)
 
Some pinwheels are going this way..
and some are going another!!!
 
I've made a decision!
It doesn't matter which way the wind blows!!!
 
I'm not fixing A THING!
 
I think with some sashing,
cornerstones,
and maybe some other kind of DISTRACTION...
No one will notice!
 
And...
YOU won't be telling...
Will you?

    My eyes went quite skew whiff trying to work our which goes where, so I gave up lol
    To quote my long gone Nan..........
    A man on a galloping horse wont notice it.....!
    I like it just the way it is anyway and if the winds in that direction, who gives a fig!
    Its bright and breezy lol

    But you're right - really, with some sashing and cornerstones - who cares!

    Only thing I could say is it is a lovely quilt. I like the idea of a busy print pieced with a plain color! Love it!

    i looked at the quilt; the first thing i thought was...oh i wouldn't have thought of that HST combination - but it looks SO gorgeous.....
    you shouldn'a pointed out the "crosswinds" i wouldn't have seen it.
