Just Because.
You're always so nice.
And....... I'm happy about my hand stitching project!
Oooh!

Indigo Junction was kind enough
to send a couple of patterns for YOU!
Because I KNOW you like to SEW and sometimes....
YOU COOK!!!!
I'll draw TWO names on Monday.
What do you like to cook????
I'm not entering the drawing...since we retired my husband does ALL the cooking. I just wanted to say that the "All Day Apron" is just the cutest thing. I've made two and they are so cute on that I want to wear them as dresses! Whoever wins that will be very happy! I encourage you to make one right away! Toni
ReplyDeleteI really like the all day apron too. I like to bake better than cook. Bread is my favorite thing to bake. My youngest daughter has become quite a cooker. She is always sharing recipes with me. I would love to make her an apron--she doesn't sew--yet. I'm working on that. lol
ReplyDeleteI love to cook anything and everything!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE cooking everything ! XXX
ReplyDeleteI made aprons for Christmas and looked for good patterns. Those look great. I like to cook most anything. I like simple, fresh ingredients though, and it has to be vegetarian. i like to make home made bread and homemade soups especially like lentil, squash soup, or minestroni.
ReplyDeleteI love trying new recipes! I often try recipes posted on blogs - I've found some great ones!!
ReplyDeleteI love all in the pot dishes that look after themselves and let me stitch :-)

ReplyDeleteI love the all day apron too. I like to cook all kinds of things, but only when I'm in the mood....
ReplyDeleteNow just look how adorable that all day apron is!
ReplyDeletethanks for the chance to win :0)
My husband is such a picky eater we eat the same things over and over
because he will not try new things......
but he loves cookies so that is what I like to make.
(So how come he doesn't gain weight?)
Happy Sewing
i confess... i love to bake dessert!!!! thanks for having a giveaway, that is awfully nice of you~
ReplyDeleteVery cute apron patterns!!!! I love cooking Italian food and cupcakes with the kiddos.
ReplyDeleteThanks!!!!!
Um . . . . Margaritas? Does that count? Very cute apron patterns.
ReplyDeleteI love to bake and will try any recipe loaded with sugar. Thank you for a great giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI love cooking desserts, cakes, puddings and have to make the normal dinners too, but I don't mind as long as I can wear a lovely apron. :O)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite cooking is spaghetti. I even have it on my little girls blog http://blog.beccacooks.com I have been looking for a new apron for her so pick me to win.

ReplyDeleteLove to cook a big pot of pasta for my growing teenage boys, and they will eat whatever pasta i make! Extra bonus! Cute aprons, too.
ReplyDeleteI love to bake sweets. Thanks for the chance.
ReplyDeleteSo cute, both of them! I love to bake desserts most of all, but that hasn't been happening a whole lately.
ReplyDeleteI love to make cookies with the grandkids.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the chance to win!! Giveaways are such fun! I like to cook-- sometimes-- and probably my favorite dish to make is lasagna.. because it is SO yummy and my whole family loves it! :-)
ReplyDeleteCook? Only when I don't have leftovers in the fridge for the microwave :-) We had spaghetti tonight. I like meals which require no more than two pans. One for veggies and one for meat and potato in the micro.
ReplyDeleteThat leaves more time for blog hopping :-)
I'm listening to the TV right now - hubby is watching the Roosevelt special.
Love the apron - ( you could almost wear it alone... in the summer ... when it's so hot ... and you're cooking in the kitchen ... it's just a thought)... got to laugh! :-)
Cathy
I love cooking when the whole family is coming here for a visit. My daughter just asked me if I would make her some aprons. this pattern would be amazing. Thank you for a great giveaway
ReplyDeleteI used my aprons all the time but have yet to make one for myself. I love the All Day Apron pattern. It's cute and flirty.
ReplyDeleteI don't like cooking much, but when I do it's usually something in the comfort-food genre. Meatloaf is a favourite. So is risotto. Baking I love. And I would love the chance to win the pattern for the All Day Apron. It looks fabulous. Thanks for your terrific blog!
ReplyDeleteDebbie R.
My favorite dish to make is a seafood okra gumbo with white rice and potato salad. Loads of shrimp and crab meat go into my seafood gumbo..YUM!
ReplyDeletemy favorite meal to cook is a seafood okra gumbo with white rice and potato salad
ReplyDeleteI put loads of shrimp and crab meat in my seafood gumbo! YUM
Cook, who me? Well, yes I do have to cook five out of seven nights so I surely could use a couple new patterns for aprons. Thanks for the chance.
ReplyDeleteI have a weakness for pasta, and adding sauces that are cream based, I work on the theory I dont drink milk, so adding cream is my dairy intake :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing to make is either spaghetti sauce or beef stew. Start it in the morning let it cook all day. you get to dip bread in and taste it all day and then a nice salad, hunk of bread and dinner is easy.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could say "I look to cook without a book" (a friend had that framed in her kitchen), but I will try anything if I have a recipe. This week my husband made one of our favorites, Chicken Pizza Packets, mix cutup chicken with veggies and spice and bake in foil packets. Top with cheese at the very end, just to melt. Delicious, and we had leftover packets for our work lunches too!
ReplyDeleteSweet things are my favorite to make...but then I eat to much of them :) especially brownies!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing to cook is clams and linguine. It's my DD favorite.
ReplyDeleteI love that "All day apron". I love to bake especially pie.
ReplyDeleteI love eating so much more than cooking, but I like cooking soups in the crockpot and cookies. And banana bread. And muffins. Carbs, I guess. I like to cook carbs. And I LOVE wearing aprons!
ReplyDeleteI loves to cook soup :) chicken soup in Asian Styles :)
ReplyDeleteI like baking more than cooking so I prefer easy to prepare dishes that cook in the oven and stews and soups that really "cook" themselves once they're started. (One dish suppers: yes!)
ReplyDeleteI'm kinda burned out on cooking the same-old, so I've been trying new recipes, especially vegetarian. Latest hit: enchiladas filled with black beans, sweet potato, onion and red peppers. Colorful and delicious!
ReplyDeleteCute patterns! I love to cook soup and risotto. Yum!
ReplyDeleteWhat cute aprons! I where one when I start the day with breakfast cooking almost every day. I also like to keep a batch of cookies in the refrigerator so I can serve up a fresh batch!
ReplyDelete:-}pokey
I like home style cooking like meatloaf, vegetable soup, home made chili. Love the patterns, make aprons for bazaar each year
ReplyDeleteUsually the family scatters to work, college, etc., so evening meal is the main cooking for me.
ReplyDeleteI like to make Quinoa. I enjoy preparing veggies + maybe adding some chicken. (Can be put into wraps)
Then, Wuinoa being a super grain, I know the meal will be the healthiest the family members had all day ; )
The aprons are awesome. Mine are such a mess!!! thx for sharing.
Hmm, these days my favorite meals to cook are ones that use only one pot! I am seriously hating lenghty clean up time...
ReplyDeleteThese are great patterns - I love Indygo Junction! I do lots of baking and cooking - my family eats A LOT!!! :) I'm on a sourdough bread kick right now. Bread makes the house smell sooo good!
ReplyDeleteSimple cooking.. dishes for my husband that he loves give me the most pleasure I think. grace: weftandwarp(at)hotmail(dot)com
ReplyDeleteIt depends on my mood and what my little boy asks for -- I like to cook anything he asks for. :) Today it was spinach souffle and then clafoutis, which is a very yummy French fruit dessert that the whole family adores.
