FRONT BACK
This pincushion inspired me!!!!
But....
I didn't want to make a pincushion.
Sooo...
I made my "sprockets" just a little bit longer.
And...
filled this circle with Insul Bright for a pot holder!
For a first time circle maker I did o.k.
I need to work on a smooth edge to that curve
and
matching up ALL those points in the middle.
Whew!
Sure glad I had some embroidery floss to
make a little tassle!
I wanted to HIDE the ugly truth....
My seams did not match up that great. ;/
Hee hee. . . .love that someone else likes hiding mistakes with embroidery floss! Beth - I pray you have a very blessed Christmas. You have truly been an inspiration & blessing to me this year. Looking forward to more treasures and ideas from you next year!!!
ReplyDeleteCute and a good idea...I should make some holiday potholders.
ReplyDeleteI have always found that 'circles' are a good thing! I think everyone should have some in their lives!
ReplyDeleteCute!
Have tried different size plates, but 9" seems the best for potholders! Love your wedges-what did you use? Keep those projects coming;love your ideas! Thanks.
