Beans and Blocks.

While the red beans and sausage simmer in the crock pot.....

(Don't you love cooking this time of year??)

I'm making some more blocks for this quilt.

One thing I know for sure!!.....

I won't be running out of stripes!!!

    Look at all those gorgeous stripes! So, do I love cooking this time of year. Nah, I never love cooking. But I do, because I love all the hearty, warm foods this time of year. Like a quilt for your innards.

    I love cooking this time of year - we had beef stew for supper tonight! Love my crock pot!! Red beans and rice sounds really good.....

    Disappearing Four Patch blocks always turn out so pretty, don't they? I love seeing yours with stripes. They're very pretty... both the blocks and all the stripes you have to choose from. Enjoy!
