Monday Making

I had to put my "H" quilt aside for awhile.
Seems it's baby season in my neck of the woods!

This little quilt came together pretty quickly.

I tried to use it ALL up..
hence the little strips on the side!
;)

Now....to find or MAKE a backing.
I'm trying NOT to shop for fabric.
Wish me luck.

what are YOU making this week??

  2. A cute quilt top - and a good use of extra fabric with the little strips on the sides. Good luck pulling fabric from your stash for the backing! I admire you for trying not to shop for fabric.

  4. Very cute baby quilt. I like how the pattern seems to shift when you look at the quilt from different angles.

  5. It's adorable! And those little strippy things at the sides actually look really cool and make the quilt more interesting. If you didn't confess that it was just to not waste fabric, I would have thought it was intentional design genius... ;-)
